HIIT 45 Sec ON / 10 Sec OFF / 3 Rounds

You will need: Mat, DB’s or BB, and water. This is one of the tougher REPS classes I’ve done. Yasmin “The Machine” Herman assisted in creating and performing this one.

Tabata workout followed by a Tip of the Day. You need: a pair of DB’s, a bar with weights (optional), your own music, and a mat

Tri Set
You will need: Pair of light Dumbbells, a mat, and your own music.

The Workout: 4 circuits of 3 moves. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. Perform 3 rounds of each circuit for a total of 36 minutes.
